The mentoring project will be launched on May 5th and will last approximately 3 months. The profile of the volunteers and/or mentors is intended to be people available to accompany beneficiaries of CAIS services who are attending a training course in the association (RePlay) and/or actively looking for a job (CAIS Job).

The main purpose of this mentoring is to monitor the development of skills, with a view to the (re)integration into the labour market by these beneficiaries.

The dynamics of the mentoring sessions will be defined between the mentee and the mentor: time to be defined according to the availability of both; face-to-face and/or online regime; weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions.

The monitoring of the mentoring processes will be carried out by Catarina Carmo, and it is necessary to register the attendance, hours and feedback of the sessions in advance.
