The RADAR Project is looking for volunteers. This collaborative partnership, of which Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa is a part, has as a priority the promotion of more supportive, communicative and attentive neighborhoods to the 65+ population of Lisbon at risk of isolation and unwanted loneliness. The main tasks of a RADAR volunteer, to be carried out between 9 am and 5:30 pm on weekdays, always according to the availability of the volunteers, are: Conducting telephone contacts with the population integrated in the RADAR project; Promotion of the participation of the 65+ population in community events; Collaboration in the activities organized by the RADAR team; Monitoring of 65+ people from the RADAR project in these activities.
