Institution's Mission
The Association's objective is to contribute to the revitalization and sustainable regeneration of rural communities and landscapes, promoting the economic, social, cultural and environmental development of the territories where it intervenes.<brIn particular, the Association aims to:<br• The promotion of sustainable and regenerative tourism in rural areas;<br• The promotion of entrepreneurship, innovation and energy transition in a rural context;<br• The enhancement of the natural and cultural heritage;<br• The sustainable regeneration of the forest and agricultural landscape.<br• The attraction and fixation of new residents in rural areas;<br• Improving the quality of life and strengthening social cohesion in rural areas<brThe Association will develop its activity primarily in the region of Dão Lafões, with a special focus on Serra do Caramulo, having as a pilot territory the village of Marruge, located in the Union of Parishes of Barreiro de Besteiros and Tourigo, municipality of Tondela.<brThe Association may intervene in other regions of the national or international territory, whenever the conditions justify it and provided that they remain in line with its statutory objectives.
